1. Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Order Tracking section or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. So we can check it and provide the tracking information to you.
2. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order are sometimes shipped in separate packages for you to get faster. You can receive an item before the next one. So don't panic if you don't get all your items at once ... they're on the way!
3. Can I cancel / change my address / order?
By placing an order, you agree that in the event that your shipping information needs an update or you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do so within the first 3 hours after placing the order. If 3 hours have passed, we have sent your order to our fulfillment center and new change requests will not be fulfilled. When the order is in process, no refunds will be made based on incorrect shipping information. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please contact us here.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through the PayPal and Stripe payment system, one of the safest in the world.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide.
6. How long does it take to receive an order?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 50 business days, depending on how quickly you clear customs and have multiple warehouses abroad. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Feel free to email us to check the status of your order. We are happy to help you.
7. Refund and replacement policies
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if they meet the following criteria:
Items are defective: damaged / broken or dirty upon arrival.
Packages lost in transit.
We do not accept refunds or refunds if the customer changes his mind after receiving his order (s).
